Information for New Patients
At Rainbow Pediatrics, we're working every day to make sure that going to the doctor is a positive experience for your whole family.
Who makes a great Rainbow patient?
We care for new babies, toddlers, school-age children, and even the big kids in your household up to age 26 (typically college students). Regardless of our patients' ages, we focus on promoting wellness through regular checkups, dietary health, vaccinations, preventative care, and illness resolution. Rainbow's pediatricians and staff will help you through your baby's first cold, get your little one ready for going to school, and help mend the bumps and bruises earned along the way.

Becoming a Rainbow patient
We invite you to learn more by downloading the New Patient Packet or by contacting one of our offices for a guided tour and meet-and-greet with our staff. Before your first appointment, please review and complete the forms included in this packet and either fax, mail, or bring them with you.
Prenatal Information Clinics
Choosing the right doctor for your baby is an important decision. You'll be visiting the doctor's office six times in the first year for routine well-baby visits alone. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the choice, so we have Prenatal Information Clinics to allow a face-to-face meeting. To learn more just click the button below.
We work for you, not your insurance company. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance contract, however, the treatment we recommend and the fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage.
We accept most major insurance carriers, and below is a list of the largest insurance carriers with which Rainbow Pediatrics participates. Please note that this list is not all-inclusive and may be subject to change at any time without notice. If you should have any questions regarding another insurance carrier, please call our office.
We are not in-network providers for insurance packages obtained on the exchange. We recommend that you contact your individual carrier to verify that we are listed "in-network".
