High Risk Patients include:- Children 6 months to 4 years of age.
- Children that have been previously diagnosed with:
- Diabetes, asthma, reactive airway disease, kidney disease, Down Syndrome, blood disorders, seizure disorder, Cerebral Palsy, any heart condition and those who are wheel chair bound.
